Now that the term "luxury" has become commonplace. Therefore, it was time to redefine the concept!
We had to give a new meaning to exclusivity in our design: we envisioned villa apartments that go far beyond the concept of an elegant home. With a bold design and a unique way of thinking, the Designers have created a phenomenon unlike any other,as well as stunning solutions exclusively for those who refuse to compromise.
Description of the Project
The designers of the project have undertaken enormous efforts to create these unique building complexes and spaces that meet the highest standards.
The result of these efforts is not only one of the most unique projects in the XII district of the capitol, but a new category in the luxury real estate market. The unique concept of the villa park offers a novel solution in every respect: the 2 separate blocks of 2 villa buildings will house 7 single and duplex apartments, each of which will be on one or more floors. These apartments have been designed to provide the future owners with their own exclusive use garden areas and full privacy with views of the city.
Each apartment has a separate staircase, guest and garage entrances, with private lift access where appropriate. The apartment building is situated in a unique natural environment, directly next to the area, called „Kis Erdő”, on a plot of 2.700 m². The buildings are accessible by car and on foot from the Denevér út.
